EASY SPEED FOR KIDS
The Easy Speed video series is Speed City’s newest physical training creation for athletes age 8-14 and their parents. These videos present simple athletic training systems for movement skill enhancement for young athletes competing in any sport. Each physical training video uses two pieces of training equipment. Printed workouts are included. Use the Easy Speed videos in any order.
Each video is approximately 20 minutes in length. Drills have been selected for their simplicity and effectiveness with young athletes. Training routines are easy to use and designed to be fun for the athletes using them. Combining DVD chapter selection with printed workout cards makes implementation easy for parents.
Combo Packs are available for each Easy Speed video. Packs include the video and the two pieces of training equipment used in that video. |
Agility This Easy Speed video focuses on an athlete’s ability to change direction and move side to side. Training routine uses Speed City’s Sidewinder and Break-Away Belts.
Jumping
Turn an athlete into a human pogo stick by using Speed City’s Jelly Ball and Mini Hurdles. Athletes will learn to synchronize body movements to jump quicker and more explosively.
Sprinting By using Speed City’s Quickfoot Ladder and Hand Weights, an athlete will learn to sprint faster by smoothly coordinating rapid foot contacts with upper body movements.
